The short version: Glow is free to use. Glow Pro is an optional US$5/month subscription that raises GlowLead's limits. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel any time, and you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment.

What Glow is

Glow is a set of AI apps: GlowChat (chat, Council and Arena), GlowLead (an AI lead that plans and carries out goals) and GlowRoom (an AI crew). The AI answers come from third-party model providers that you choose (through Puter, Ollama or your own API key).

Prices are in US dollars. Local sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. AI model usage is billed by the provider you pick (for example your Puter allowance) and is not included in Glow Pro.

Payments

Glow Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and invoices. Their buyer terms also apply. After payment you get a license key by email. Enter it in GlowLead → Plans to unlock Pro.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email (the Lemon Squeezy customer portal). Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account goes back to Glow Free. Nothing you made is deleted.

Refunds

If Glow Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or contact us on GitHub.

Fair use

Don't use Glow for anything illegal, to harm others, to send spam, or to break other websites' rules.
Don't share or resell your Pro license key. One key works on up to 3 of your own devices.
AI answers can be wrong. Check important results yourself. Glow is provided "as is", without warranties.

Changes and contact

If these terms or prices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Price changes never apply to a month you've already paid for. Questions: GitHub.
