What Mint is
Mint is a studio and marketplace for spreadsheet templates. Sellers list templates and are paid directly by buyers on the seller’s own payment link. Mint does not process payments, hold money or act as a party to the sale.
Buying
- Ordering a paid template creates a reference (like M-7K3QXA). Pay the seller and put the reference in the payment note; the seller confirms and the file unlocks in your Library.
- Orders not confirmed within 14 days expire. Refunds, disputes and payment problems are between you and the seller; use the seller’s checkout support.
- Previews of paid templates show sample results only; formulas and logic come with the purchased file.
Selling
- Only sell templates you made or have the right to sell. You are responsible for your listing, your payment link, delivering what you describe and any taxes.
- Confirm orders only after the payment has really arrived, and pay affiliate commissions you owe promptly to the details they provide.
- Listings reported by several different users are hidden automatically until reviewed.
Affiliates
Affiliates earn the commission the seller sets on sales made through their link within 30 days. Sellers pay commissions directly; Mint tracks them but does not guarantee payment. Disclose affiliate links where the law or platform requires it.
Not allowed
- Copied or stolen templates, misleading listings, malware or harmful formulas, spam, hateful or illegal content.
- Fake orders, fake reviews, self-referrals or abusing rate limits and reports.
Accounts or listings that break these rules may be removed.
No warranty
Mint is a personal project provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Check templates before relying on them for money, tax or business decisions.
