How to export your chats
- Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
- Select Messages, format JSON, and a date range such as the last month.
- When the email arrives, download the .zip to your connected folder or drop it here. No need to unzip.
- Open a chat → tap the contact name (iPhone) or ⋮ (Android) → Export chat → Without media.
- On Android with Nudge installed, choose Nudge in the share sheet. It imports directly.
- Otherwise save it to your connected folder or drop the .zip / .txt here.
Messenger
- Facebook → Settings → Accounts Center → Download your information → Messages, format JSON.
- Drop the .zip here or save it to your connected folder.
Telegram
- Telegram Desktop → Settings → Advanced → Export Telegram data → Personal chats, Machine-readable JSON.

iMessage
- Browsers cannot read the iPhone message database. Use the Nudge command-line tool:
nudge digest imessage.
